Sağlık sektörünün ve çalışanların günümüz gündemine yorumlarının ele alınacağı oturumda, Gilead’ın işveren markası kapsamında özellikle bu döneme özel oluşturduğu projeler ve uygulamarı da masaya yatırılacak. Gileadlı Olmak İşte Bu!diyen işveren markasının hem dünya genelinde hem de Türkiye’deki Gileadlıların kalplerini nasıl bir arada tuttuğu birinci ağızdan anlatılacak!

Alp’in ikinci konuğu ise saat 17.30’daki Teresa Quinlan. Yaşam Koçu, Eğitmen ve Konuşmacı Teresa IQ ve EQ’yu birleştirerek oluşturduğu TQ isimli kendi formülünden, araştırmalardan bahsedecek. “Duygusal zekayı biliyoruz ama çalışma ortamında nasıl işlediğini biliyor muyuz?” konulu oturumda, iş dünyasındaki duygusal zekanın özellikle içinden geçtiğimiz bu günlerdeki önemi ele alınacak. İşe alımlarda, liderlik özelliklerinde, ekipler arası iletişimde, organizasyonel yapılarda duygusal zekanın nasıl konumlandığını açıklayacak. Üstelik bunu kendi yorumları ile değil, yapılan birçok bilimsel araştırmaya dayandırarak yapacak. Hatta konu ile ilgili araştırmaları webinardan önce incelemek isteyenler için Teresa iki adet link paylaştı!

On the second session, Alp will host Teresa Quinlanat 5.30pm. Life Coach, Trainer and Speaker Teresa will talk about her own formula, TQ, which she created by combining IQ and EQ. The session of which topic is "We know emotional intelligence, but do we know how it works in the work environment?" will focus on the importance of emotional intelligence in the business world, especially these days. She will explain to us how emotional intelligence is positioned in recruitment, leadership characteristics, communication between teams, and organizational structures. Moreover, she will not do this by interpreting, but she will do it based on many scientific studies. In fact, Teresa has shared two links for those who want to examine the related research before the webinar!
